How it works

1. You contact us. Tell us what kind of business you have, roughly how much carpet there is and where the trouble spots are.
2. We confirm availability and quote the job. We work out a day and time with you, and the quote comes from the square footage of carpet to be cleaned.
3. We walk the space. We look at the carpet, the traffic lanes and any spots, and we tell you what to expect.
4. We clean. Spots and heavy lanes are pretreated, then we clean the carpet with hot water extraction.
5. We finish up. We set furniture back, explain how long drying takes and tell you how often your carpet should be cleaned.

We offer recurring commercial cleaning, so the carpet stays presentable between visits and spots do not have time to set. How often depends on your traffic and the look you want, and we will help you choose a schedule that fits.

Priced by the square foot

Commercial carpet is priced by the square foot, so a quote starts with how much carpet you have. If you know the square footage, tell us. If not, a rough length and width of each area is enough to start, and we confirm when we see the space. Any options you add, such as a deodorizer or protector, go into the same quote.

Keeping carpet looking good between visits

A few habits stretch the time between cleanings. Put walk-off mats at the entrances, because most of the dirt comes in on shoes. Vacuum the main paths often, since grit cuts into the fibers and wears them faster than footsteps do. When something spills, blot from the outside toward the middle with a clean white cloth instead of rubbing, and call us if a spot stays after you have tried that.
